Centrifugal pumps

Centrifugal Pumps are the most common and well-established pumps on the market. They come in many different models and can transfer fluids with high efficiency over a wide range of flows and pressures. Johnson Pump offers several series of centrifugal pumps, many of which comply with ISO, EN and API standards.

Internal Gear pumps

Gear pumps are used in all types of manufacturing industries for the transportation of both thin and thick liquids, from chocolate to diesel fuel. Our gear pumps have a sturdy design, offering high reliability as well as long life.

Johnson Pump's gear pump design is based on an internal idler gear rotating inside of a larger rotor. Internal gear pumps are robust, give an even flow, handle both low and high viscosity products, are capable of high pressure and are self-priming.

Rotary lobe pumps

Johnson Pump has long experience in rotary lobe pumps. Market knowledge and appreciation of customer needs have been used to improve the existing rotary lobe pump concept with new features and customer benefits.

Rotary lobe pumps are easy to clean and have gentle product handling characteristics. They contain few cavities, which reduces the risk of bacterial growth and makes them particularly suitable for the transport of sensitive fluids – from glue to whole strawberries.

AODD pumps

Air Operated Double Diaphragm, AODD, pumps are used in all types of industries for transporting a wide variety of liquids. Clean or polluted, thin or viscous, abrasive or aggressive.

Flexible Impeller pumps

Johnson Pump has a long and broad experience of the design and manufacture of flexible impeller pumps. Our pumps have always stood for innovation and quality with a strong emphasis on the flexible impeller itself – the main reason for the successful growth of Johnson Pump from the start some 30 years ago.

Typical is the development of the first flexible impeller in the world produced, tested and certified according to the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) milk compound formulation. The formulation comprises all types of foodstuffs.

Today Johnson Pump offers one of the market’s most extensive flexible impeller pump programmes.

Filters

TopFilters are available in two ranges, four material options and eleven separate sizes offering filtration levels down to 10 microns. The TopFilter provides the pump user with an effective yet simple method of removing debris before it can affect pump performance. Suitable for fitting to either the suction or discharge side of the pump, TopFilters can be supplied by Johnson Pump as an integral part of the pump or as a stand-alone item.

The filters are available in single and dual filter models. The single filter, TFOV, contains a single chamber which remains on-line. When the basket within the filter requires cleaning the process line will need to be isolated in order for the filter basket to be removed. The dual filter, TFOW, has two chambers (only one is used at a time) and remains on-line. However, when the filter basket requires cleaning the liquid flow is diverted by a handle to the second chamber. The basket can then be removed whilst the process line remains in use. The benefit of this is that there is no downtime.
