Process Engineering.

Process engineering is our core strength. We engineer complete process systems around the product, from the process flow diagram and P&ID to sizing, layout and commissioning. For Mondelez we have delivered process systems with capacities of up to 200 m³/hr. Our scope also covers recirculation and transfer systems, mixing and dosing, heat transfer, and DM water and utility skids. Every line, pump and vessel is sized to its real duty, so you invest in exactly what your process needs.

Dairy & Food Processing.

We have built dairy processing plants from 10 KL to 50 KL for AMUL Dairy, ANIK, Mondelez and JK Foods. Our scope covers milk reception and storage, process and holding tanks, transfer and recirculation systems, CIP (clean-in-place), and flavour-dosing skids. Each system is designed in hygienic stainless steel for easy cleaning, consistent product quality and dependable day-to-day operation.

Pharmaceutical & Chemical.

Our clients here include IPCA in pharmaceuticals and HEG Ltd. and Graphite India in advanced materials. For them and others we supply stainless-steel process vessels, reactors, recirculation and transfer skids, and CIP systems. Our hygienic pipework is orbital/TIG welded with argon back-purging. Each system has automation that gives precise, repeatable control, and it ships with complete documentation (drawings, test records and O&M manuals) to support your quality and qualification requirements.

Industrial Automation & Controls.

Our in-house automation team designs, programs and commissions PLC, HMI and SCADA systems with distributed I/O, variable-frequency drives and industrial PCs. The scale ranges from single machines to plant-wide control. Operators get real-time visibility, alarms, safety interlocks, and recipe and sequence control. We also deliver robotic automation cells and energy management systems that turn plant data into lower operating costs.

Fluid, Fuel & Lubricant Handling.

We build oil handling, lubricant dispensing and fuel dispensing systems for leading automotive and heavy-equipment manufacturers, including Case New Holland (CNH), Mahindra, VECV and MAN Trucks. These are skid-mounted, metered and panel-controlled.

Utilities & Plant Services.

We supply and integrate compressed air and air treatment systems, process pumps, water and wastewater systems, and chilled-water, HVAC and fire-protection packages.
